Merchant Accounts
To guarantee a seamless experience on Piiy.shop, please ensure that the following information is updated on your newly established account:

- Billing – Payment Method: Indicate the payment method to which Piiy.shop will transfer your received payments.
- Shipping: Specify your preferred shipping fees and the destinations you ship to.
- Product Information and Pricing: Verify that all product details and pricing are correct.
You are accountable for safeguarding your account and for any activities that take place on it. Piiy.shop cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized actions. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please inform us immediately and take the necessary measures to secure your account.
Product Responsibility
All product listings must be curated and approved by Piiy.shop. Piiy.shop will set up and activate product listings with the understanding that the Merchant has thoroughly reviewed all listings prior to activation. This is crucial because:
- Merchants will have full access to all aspects of their product listings, and are entirely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their product listings, descriptions, pricing, stock quantities, imagery (relevance and quality), and any other related information provided on this platform.
- Merchants are entirely responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Merchants are entirely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of shipping fees.
- All listings carries a ‘stock availability’ caveat, but:
- Merchants are entirely responsible for updating stock quantities (if applicable).
- Merchants are entirely responsible for managing stock status, including changing partially or fully out-of-stock product listings to ‘Back order’ or ‘Out of Stock’ and notifying Piiy.shop to ensure back-end changes are executed promptly.
Merchant Accountability Regarding Order Processing, Fulfilment, and Customer Support.
Merchant Compliance
- Merchants are required to adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning their products and services. It is the responsibility of the merchants to secure the necessary licenses, permits, and approvals.
Order Management and Fulfillment
- Merchants bear the sole responsibility for the timely and professional processing and fulfillment of orders placed, in alignment with their declared policies and applicable laws. Additionally, merchants are solely accountable for handling refunds and product returns.
Customer Service
- Merchants must provide customer support and resolve any issues or complaints related to their products or services. Piiy.shop retains the right to mediate between the Merchant and the Client upon request.
Merchant and Product Approval
- All applications from Merchants must receive approval from Piiy.shop.
- All products listed require approval from Piiy.shop.
Fees and Payments
- Signing up is free, and there are no administrative fees involved.
- There are no monthly or annual fees.
- The Merchant needs to set a reasonable and competitive commission fee that Piiy.shop will receive.
- Payments, including shipping fees and taxes, will be deposited into the Merchant’s account once it clears the Piiy.shop account. Any transaction costs or payment gateway fees will be charged to the merchant.
- Please be aware that Piiy.shop reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
Platform Availability
- We cannot assure continuous availability or uptime of the platform at all times. Maintenance will be conducted as necessary, without prior notice.

- Our platform functions as a marketplace that links reputable merchants with discerning buyers. We do not oversee or endorse the products or services offered by the merchants. The information pertaining to products on this platform is derived from materials provided by the merchants, and we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information supplied, nor for any financial or other losses/damage that may arise as a consequence.
